i dont know about the property agencies but LW property MANAGEMENT is something i would not recommend to, their service are too poor, they selling "professional manpower" but what you will get is undertrain staff that slow on action and present very unprofessional work, slow action in trying to tackle defaulter issue, been dragging for almost a year with no contingency plan and action, rubbish daily report with copy paste without proper maintenance check on facilities, dont have the balls to even follow residence handbook guideline to settle parking issues, motorcycle workshop issues, ALWAYS delaying on problem that raised and ALWAYS do job like its not their problem, imagine connect a pipe work so bad that it fall of after not more than a day! PLEASE train your staff!!!!!
